SHIPPING POLICY

Once we receive your order we try to ship all orders the same or next working day with DHL or Royal Mail. Large and/or fragile pieces requiring palletising, specialist crating and/or extra packaging may take a little longer. 

Please advise where priority shipping is required and we will do our very best to accommodate. 

UK DELIVERY

All orders over 35 GBP will be shipped free of charge. 

Items less than 2Kg we typically ship using Royal Mail. The majority of items heavier than 2Kg will be shipped with DHL Next Day delivery. This is a secure, express and fully tracked service. 

EUROPE

All orders over 35 GBP will be shipped free of charge. 

Items less than 2Kg we typically ship using Royal Mail. The majority of items heavier than 2Kg will be shipped with DHL. This is a secure, express and fully tracked service. 

NORTH AMERICA (USA & CANADA)

All orders over 35 GBP will be shipped free of charge. 

Items less than 2Kg we typically ship using Royal Mail. The majority of items heavier than 2Kg will be shipped with DHL Express. This is a secure, express and fully tracked service. Delivery typically takes 2-3 days. 

REST OF THE WORLD

INSURANCE

We try to pack each order with extreme care and ship each package with full insurance. Should damage occur during transit please follow our Returns Policy.

TRACKING NUMBERS

For the majority of orders a tracking reference will be provided when shipping is confirmed. This provides real-time tracking of your order.

TRANSIT TIMES

At all times we try to provide accurate transit times based on the delivery promises of our courier partners. However, delays outside of the control of both ourselves and partners can occur, rarely. Where delivery deadlines exist please advise before ordering so we can agree the most appropriate shipping method. For shipments with DHL, outside of North America (as we already ship using DHL’s fastest delivery service), we may be able to offering shipping upgrades to try and ensure a timely delivery. Typically, expedited shipping will incur additional shipping costs. 

DAMAGE

We take utmost care to ensure that your order is not damaged in transit, packing each piece with extreme care. However, no matter how perfectly a sculpture is packed the journey from ourselves to your home is out of our control.

For the majority of our shipments we utilise DHL we have proven to be both reliable and efficient in the safe delivery of our orders. However, if a sculpture has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately so that the proper insurance claims can be made. Notification must include images of the damaged packaging and item. 

In the event of a piece arriving damaged please follow our Returns Policy. We will pay for the return shipping and a full refund or exchange will be made.
