Ordering & Payments Policy

Placing Orders

Orders can be placed on our website using Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, G Pay and other options. 

When placing an order both a local contact telephone number and email address is required so that we and/or our courier can contact you about your order, should it be necessary. 

Upon receipt we will prepare your order for shipping. Typically, we will arrange shipping with DHL or Royal Mail within 1 working day of receiving your order. Learn more about our Shipping Policy.

Order Status

Your Order number will be confirmed during the order taking process. It will also be confirmed, upon completion, by email. 

If an account was created, you can log in and check the status of your Order by selecting ‘Order History’ from the ‘My Account’ screen.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once shipping has been arranged. For the majority of orders this will also include Tracking details for your shipment.
