Antique Thai style seated bronze Meditation Monks or Disciples.
Each Monk is seated on the limbs of the Bodhi tree, in the Dhyana mudra or 'Meditation Position'. This hand gesture promotes the energy of meditation, deep contemplation and unity with higher energy.
The Bodhi Tree also called the, Tree of Awakening, Mahabodhi Tree or Bo Tree, is a large sacred fig tree. Siddhartha Gautama, the spiritual teacher who became known as the Buddha, is said to have attained enlightenment or Buddhahood, circa 500 BCE under this tree.
Each Monk or Disciple of Buddha has a peaceful countenance with downcast introspective eyes and a firm brow.

Large and/or fragile pieces requiring palletising, specialist crating and/or extra packaging may take a little longer. Palletised shipments will be delivered curbside.
