SHIPPING POLICY

All orders received before 1600 GMT Monday through Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours of order. Exceptions are larger pieces that require specialist crates or extra packaging. Orders received on weekends will be shipped on the next working day.

UK DELIVERY

All prices include the cost of shipping within the UK mainland. As such no additional delivery, postage or packing costs will be displayed during the order process. For items less than 2Kg we ship using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Packages will be delivered next day by 1pm and are tracked.

Packages over 2Kg are sent using Royal Mail Parcelforce and are guaranteed for delivery within 2 days of delivery.

Dispatch of your order will be confirmed by email.

NON-UK DELIVERY

Whilst an element of postage is included within the cost of each piece an additional surcharge will be automatically calculated during the order process for those shipments being sent outside of the UK. Shipping costs can be viewed by starting the checkout process and placing your address in the shipping address boxes or you can contact our offices on +44 (0) 113 251 2236 by fax +44 (0) 207 903 5333 or by e-mailing us at customer.services@hdasianart.com. If your order has any special requirements please contact our office.

EUROPE

All shipments to Europe are sent with Royal Mail (Parcelforce) or DHL. Ground shipping typically takes 2-3 days for delivery.

USA

All shipments to the USA are sent with Royal Mail (Parcelforce) or DHL. Ground shipping typically takes 3-6 days for delivery.

REST OF THE WORLD (ROW)

All shipments to ROW are sent with Royal Mail (Parcelforce) or DHL. Ground shipping typically takes over 3 days for delivery.

INSURANCE

We pack each order with extreme care and ship each package with full insurance. Should Damage occur during shipping please follow our Returns Policy

TRACKING NUMBERS

After your order has been picked up by either Royal Mail or DHL shipping will email you the Royal Mail or DHL tracking number to your email address to track your shipment's journey to your home.

DAMAGE

We take utmost care to ensure that your order is not damaged in shipping, packing each piece with extreme care. However, no matter how perfectly a sculpture is packed the journey from ourselves to your home is out of our control.

If a sculpture has been damaged in shipping please notify us immediately so that the proper insurance measures can be taken. Be sure to keep all of the packaging materials which will be needed for inspection by the shipping company. Again, we take utmost care to make sure that any damage does not happen in the first place. In the event of a piece arriving damaged please follow our Returns Policy. We will pay for the return shipping and a full refund or exchange will be made.

Please note: We will not deliver to forwarding addresses or Post Office boxes due to the risk of fraud. This is for the protection of all our customers.
