GUARANTEE POLICY

We offer a 100% guarantee that the art offered on our website will be as described on the website. Unless otherwise stated all of our pieces are contemporary reproductions or 18th and 19th century antiques. Whilst many resemble much older antiques, frequently on display in National museums, they are not original pieces in that respect.

Any damage or ‘wear and tear’ with time will be reflected in the description of a piece. For reproduction pieces some of this ‘damage’ is intentional and applied deliberately during the development process. With those items over 50 years old we typically ‘expect’ some signs of their age. If this is a particular concern please contact us before purchase and we will endeavor to provide additional information and pictures regarding the piece. Likewise, the dimensions given on the website are for information only. If precise dimensions are important please contact us before purchase.

Our Customer Service mission is to delight you with both our products and service. We strive to ensure every customer because a long-term, repeat customer. To achieve this we are always fair and honest in what we offer and as such will return without question any piece that does not meet the high standards you should expect from us.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope do delight with all orders. However, if within 7 days of receiving your order, you change your mind, for whatever reason, we will be happy to offer you a full refund, credited to the original payment method. Please note that in order to qualify for a full refund you must notify us of your intention to return the goods within 7 working days. This can be achieved by calling our offices on +44 (0) 113 251 2236 by fax +44 (0) 207 903 5333 or by e-mailing us at customer.services@hdasianart.com.

Please note that goods should be returned in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Returns outside of our 7 day timeframe will only be accepted at our own discretion and may only be refunded as an online store credit.

IMPORTANT: Please note that Sale goods returned outside of the 7 working days window may be accepted at our own discretion, unless the goods are defective. As above, you must have notified us of your intention to do so within 7 working days of receipt in order to obtain a full refund for sale goods.

You should check to see that all items listed on the despatch note match those contained in your package when you receive it. RETURNS PROCEDURE

Pack the item(s) you wish to return in its original packaging. Please include a copy of the original Dispatch and/or Invoice documentation. Refunds can only be requested by the Purchaser and will be made to the original payment method.

United Kingdom returns – Post your parcel to Internet Returns, HD Asian Art Ltd, Building 3, City West Business Park, Gelderd Road, Leeds, LS12 6LN. When posting please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office.

Overseas returns – Please contact us on +44 (0) 113 251 2236 by fax +44 (0) 207 903 5333 or by e-mailing us at customer.services@hdasianart.com before returning your items.

Gift Returns - if you return a gift please note that the refund will be made to the original card Purchaser. If you wish to exchange a gift, please contact us on +44 (0) 113 251 2236 by fax +44 (0) 207 903 5333 or by e-mailing us at customer.services@hdasianart.com.

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the Purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. For UK orders a delivery charge of 25 GBP will be deducted from this refund amount where the item is not incorrect, damaged (beyond any descriptions on the website) or incorrectly described products. If the item is incorrect, damaged (beyond any descriptions on the website) or incorrectly described a full refund will be made. No delivery charge deductions will be made.

Receiving a Refund: Refunds can only be requested by the Purchaser and will be made to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned goods in a saleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.
